Qualify all season for the Original Showdown Finals — October 22–25, 2026 at the Iowa Equestrian Center.

How to Qualify

Qualify at designated GFB Showdown Qualifier events all season, or finish Top 5 in your D in the Open Championship Tour standings for an automatic berth in the Showdown Round.

9 & under riders: your Showdown Finals runs at Stars Shining Bright, October 9–11 in Mason City!

2026 Qualifier Events

  • · July 24–25 — Iowa Falls, IA (Fri/Sat)
  • · September 18–20 — Race for Riches, Elkhorn, WI
  • · August 28–30 — last 9 & under qualifier, Sheridan, IL
  • · October 9–11 — last-chance qualifier, Mason City, IA
